Grading Policy
Formative Assessments: 10%
This includes, but is not limited to warm ups, homework, paying attention, answering questions, taking notes, etc.
Minor Assessments: 40%
Quizzes and class assessments (DBQs, Anchor Charts, Mini presentations etc.) will be given periodically throughout the grading period. Quizzes will not always be announced, so be prepared everyday.
Major Assessments: 50%
Tests or projects will be given at the end of each unit. These tests/projects will be announced several days in advance. Information on project guidelines and due dates will be given in class.
